Our team is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to assist with the management of our projects. You’ll supervise our staff and vendors and ensure projects are delivered on time. As a Construction Manager, your job duties will also include allocating and monitoring budgets.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with various people, such as subcontractors and other professional service providers. In order to succeed, it’s important to know how to implement quality, health, and safety standards onsite.

  • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
  • Set performance goals and deadlines
  • Plan construction processes
  • Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
  • Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities
  • Implement safety and quality guidelines
  • Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance
  • Keep track of material stock and orders
  • Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
  • Resolve on-site issues and emergencies


  • Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
  • In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire

We are looking for a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications.

The ideal candidate is an individual with great hand dexterity and an eye for detail with good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials. Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential.


  • Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
  • Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
  • Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements
  • Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
  • Lay out floorings, roofings or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible
  • Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated
  • Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
  • Build scaffolding and other construction structures
  • Set and install windows and doors


  • Proven experience as carpenter
  • Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
  • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
  • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
  • Ability to read technical documents and drawings
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good understanding of basic math
  • Good physical condition and endurance
  • High school diploma; Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required

Responsible for assisting carpenters on job sites with various tasks, including completing basic demolition, cleaning up and preparing work sites, delivering materials, and setting up ladders and temporary structures.


  • Gather materials for workers to handle on job sites.
  • Keep job sites clean and machines serviced.
  • Cover services with plastic material to protect them.
  • Cut and install insulation.
  • Build scaffolding, shoring, and braces.
  • Cut timber and lumber to specified dimensions.
  • Hold timbers, lumber, and paneling in place for fastening or cutting.
  • Drill holes in lumber.
  • Hold plumb bobs, sighting rods, and other equipment, to aid in establishing reference points and lines.
  • Assist in the layout of foundation, building lines and anchor bolts.
  • Set hollow metal doors and frames.
  • Install trim and cabinets.
  • Unload materials from trucks.
  • Assist with slabs and elevated structures.
  • Frame wood.
  • Establish reference points and lines.
  • Smooth and sand surfaces using power sanders.
  • Assist in setting windows and doors.

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable person to join our team as a Window & Door Installer. You will help install or replace windows in both residential and commercial. We expect you to be able to drive tools and materials to and from worksites, so you should have a driver’s license and truck or another reliable source of transportation.

Every member of our team must maintain a safe and clean workspace.

Window &  Door Installer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install or replace windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings
  • Assist with other construction duties as necessary

Window & Door Installer Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Construction experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Carpentry skills
  • Familiarity with power tools
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Flexible Schedule

Reports to: Zadok Mills, Owner

Job Summary:

Detail-oriented with the ability to provide solid estimates on the foreseeable cost of all potential projects. All relevant project specifications and requests will be used to determine the most appropriate and accurate prices for all resources. In order to maintain relevance, reasonable, and competitive costs, trends in construction should consistently be inspected.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Serve the customer with excellence at all times
  • Listen with intent to all customer desires
  • Reassure customer questions and concerns with immediate responses to all inquiries
  • Timely and accurate responses to all customers on a regular basis

Project Responsibilities:

  • Manage all pertinent aspects of each current project from its inception
  • Coordinate with the Construction Manager to ensure the excellence and timeliness of each current project

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Potential Customer Register
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Zadok Mills, Owner

Required Experience:

  • Previous construction experience or similar role

  • Organizational and time-management skills
